Account & Data Deletion — Cap of Crowns

This page explains how to delete your Cap of Crowns account and the personal data associated with it.

Delete from inside the Game (recommended)

1. Open Cap of Crowns.
2. Go to Settings → Other → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the request.

Deletion runs after a 14-day grace period. Signing back in within that window restores your account. After the grace period, your account and associated game data are permanently deleted from our servers.

Request deletion by email

If you can't open the Game, email [email protected] with your in-game username, kingdom, and (if you linked one) your Google account email so we can verify your identity. We process verified requests promptly.

What is deleted

• Your account and device-derived identifier.
• In-game data: username, kingdom, alliance membership, buildings, troops, items, chat messages, and gameplay progress.
• Linked-account email (if you linked a Google account).

Purchase records required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form where permitted by law.
